RPJ Housing is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that strengthens communities across Northern Virginia by preserving and developing decent, affordable housing to address the needs of limited income individuals and families. Among the services we provide:

Affordable multi-family rental units. Group homes for adult persons with disabilities. Permanent supportive housing for persons with disabilities. Transitional housing, for individuals and families working their way out of homelessness. Affordable rental units for persons with serious long-term illnesses. Affordable rental units for persons who have fled abusive home situations.

Volunteer Opportunities

Looking for ways to give back to your community? Interested in making new friends and having a good time? If so, RPJ Housing offers a wide range of volunteer opportunities for individuals, community organizations, and faith-based communities.

As a result of the generous efforts of our volunteers, RPJ Housing has provided millions of dollars worth of services, at no cost to the recipients, to communities across northern Virginia. We place special emphasis on serving elderly and disabled individuals of limited means. Our goal is to keep people living in warmth, safety and independence, while helping to build better communities.
