I am a federal employee and want to contribute using the combined federal campaign.
Thank you for your interest in making a pledge to RPJ Housing through the Combined Federal Campaign!
Federal Employees may pledge through payroll deduction, or make a one-time cash or check donation. Retirees and contractors are not directly solicited, but may make one-time cash or check donations. Please contact your Canvasser (a co-worker who has volunteered to solicit and collect contributions in your office) for an official pledge card. Keep the last copy for your records. All contributions to CFC are tax deductible. If you make a contribution of $250 or more, CFC will automatically send you verification for tax purposes.
Completing the Pledge Card
Obtain a pledge card from your Canvasser. Print all information using a ballpoint pen. Please write firmly. The CFC number for RPJ Housing is 77956 and our CVC number is 3128. If your canvasser has not already done so, fill in your name and organization. Fill in your work address and zip code, your social security number (when making a payroll deduction pledge), and your complete daytime phone number, so that CFC auditors may reach you in case there is a question about your pledge card. For MILITARY payroll giving (12 pay periods), enter the amount to be deducted each pay period, multiply by 12, and enter that amount in Total Gift. For CIVILIAN payroll giving (26 pay periods), enter the amount to be deducted each pay period, multiply by 26, and enter that amount in Total Gift. For cash and check gifts, put an "x" next to "cash" or "check" and enter the amount in Total Gift. Checks should be made payable to the Combined Federal Campaign. You may direct your gift by recording the appropriate 5-digit code (77956) in the boxes provided. The total annual amount to each selection goes in the box to the right of the code. Make sure the sum of the annual total(s) equals your total gift.
