As we celebrate more than 30 years of service to the community, RPJ Housing continues to develop properties with the goal of providing affordable, safe, housing to our friends and neighbors. Our recent accomplishments include:

Mountain Oaks Apartments

This exciting project turned a crime-ridden, run-down complex into energy efficient, safe, attractive apartments. As part of our "extreme home makeover," the complex got new insulation, a brand-new roof, new porches, and new walkways throughout the property. Even more exciting, the project received the Best Housing Preservation/Revitalization Effort in Virginia Award at the Governor’s Housing Conference.  Today, the complex provides affordable housing two-bedroom units to 59 families.

Fort Myer Apartments

Close to the Fort Myer, the Pentagon, and Arlington County government offices, these apartments were originally built in wartime to provide housing for military families. Today, these 22 one- and two-bedroom apartments continue to service the community by providing attractive, affordable housing. The units also sport new kitchens, increased electrical service, and central HVAC. Several apartments are accessible.
