vacancies?

At
present, we do not have
our vacancies available on the website due to the dynamic of each
apartment complex. Until then, you can contact the property
manager for the property you are interested in. In
Alexandria, Arlington, and Falls Church, you can call 703-549-7170
or in Front Royal the number is 540-635-3043.

Mail your rent to 8 West Nelson Avenue #B1, Alexandria VA 22301
For our Front Royal office, please mail to 343 Kendrick Lane, #18 Front Royal, VA 22630.3.
How can I contact Property Maintenance?
We are currently revising this system of reporting problems. However, until that is finalized, you can report maintenance issues to the Property Management offices for your location. The number for Alexandria, Arlington & Falls Church is 703-549-7170 and for Front Royal it is 540-635-3043.
4. How much does the Volunteer Home Repair Program charge?
RPJ Housing has two Volunteer Home Repair Programs -- Rebuilding Together and Hearts and Hammers. You don't have to pay for either one. These are volunteer programs and there is no cost to you.

How do I qualify for the programs?
In order
to qualify, you must own your home, plan to live there for the next 2
years, and the total household income must fall below established
limits. For example, total gross household income for one
person cannot exceed $41,700, for two people $47,700 and for three
people $53,650 etc.

How do I get an application?
You can
download the application from the Rebuilding
Together and Hearts and
Hammers pages of the website or you can call 703-528-5606 to
request an application be sent by mail.
